CPM's allocate at least 4 hours per month to their mentee/coachee. All individuals are subject to mandatory 3 day training before becoming a CPM and will receive ongoing training and support throughout the program. Every program starts with a residential intensive. We need medical personnel to handle medications, medical conditions, etc for our youth and volunteers. Therapists coach the participants in our programs in addition to accompaning us on our Residential Intensive Weekends.
